Ingrediënten

  • chicken
  • olive oil
  • tomato ketchup
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • English mustard powder
  • ground coriander
  • ground cumin
  • ground ginger
  • fine sea salt
  • onion

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place oil, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, coriander, cumin, ginger and salt in mixing bowl then mix 20 sec/speed 3. Transfer sauce to bag with chicken and toss until well coated. Seal bag and set aside in fridge for at least 1 hour (see tip). Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl.
  2. Towards the end of marinating time, preheat oven to 190°C. Arrange chicken in a non-stick roasting tin and pour marinade over. Roast for 35-40 minutes (190°C) until dark brown and cooked. Meanwhile, make coleslaw.
  3. Place onion, carrots, cabbage, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in mixing bowl then chop 4 sec/speed 4.5. Serve with hot, cooked chicken (see tip).
