Dhokla

Ingrediënten
- vegetable oil
- fresh green chillies
- garlic cloves
- fresh coriander leaves
- semolina
- plain yoghurt
- water
- fine sea salt
- bicarbonate of soda
Bereidingswijze
- Grease and line base of a round cake tin (Ø 20 cm) with baking paper.
- Place chillies, garlic and coriander in mixing bowl then mince 3 sec/speed 9. Scrape down sides and lid of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add semolina, yoghurt, 120 g water, salt and bicarbonate of soda then mix 15 sec/speed 4. Transfer to prepared cake tin.
- Place remaining 1000 g water in mixing bowl and place Varoma dish into position. Arrange 2 wooden skewers, cut to fit (approx. 19 cm), in Varoma dish. Rest cake tin on top of skewers ensuring it is level then cover and steam 20 min/Varoma/speed 1. Set Varoma aside and remove Varoma lid then allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving.
