Ingrediënten
- fresh dill
- dried instant yeast
- water
- olive oil
- bread flour
- feta cheese
Bereidingswijze
- Place dill in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place dried instant yeast, water and olive oil in mixing bowl and warm 2 min/37°C/speed 2.
- Add bread flour and knead Dough /3 min. Allow to rise in mixing bowl, covered, for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper, grease with olive oil and set aside.
- Add reserved chopped dill and feta to mixing bowl and knead Dough /1 min. Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface, shape into a ball, divide into 8 and shape into flatbreads (Ø 10-12 cm). Place onto prepared baking tray and allow to rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes (220°C). Serve immediately.
