Ingrediënten
- carrot
- water
- plain flour
- egg
- pork belly, boned, skinless
- fresh mushrooms
- fresh root ginger (optional)
- raw prawns, peeled
- sugar
- light sesame oil
Bereidingswijze
- Place carrot in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 6. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside. Rinse mixing bowl.
- Place water in mixing bowl and heat 2 min/80°C/speed 1.
- Add flour and egg and knead Dough /1 min. Shape dough into a ball, transfer to a bowl, cover and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
- Place pork belly meat, mushrooms, ginger (if using) and prawns in mixing bowl and chop 6 sec/speed 5.
- Add sugar, sesame oil, salt, white pepper and cornflour and mix 1 min/speed 2.5. Meanwhile, oil Varoma dish and Varoma tray and set aside.
