Falafel with Tomato and Coconut Sauce

Ingrediënten
- dried chickpeas
- water
- onions
- garlic cloves
- fresh coriander
- fresh parsley
- ground cumin
- salt
- chilli powder
- lemon juice
Bereidingswijze
- Place 350 g drained chickpeas in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 9. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
- Place 350 g drained chickpeas in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 9. Transfer to bowl with chopped chickpeas and set aside.
- Place remaining drained chickpeas in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 9. Transfer to bowl with chopped chickpeas and set aside.
- Place 50 g onions, 1 garlic clove, ½ bunch coriander, ½ bunch parsley, ¼ tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt, chilli powder, lemon juice, egg and breadcrumbs in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 9. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add reserved chopped chickpeas then mix 30 sec//speed 4.5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix again 30 sec//speed 4.5. Transfer to a bowl and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse mixing bowl and continue with recipe.
