Ingrediënten

  • dried chickpeas
  • water
  • onions
  • garlic cloves
  • fresh coriander
  • fresh parsley
  • ground cumin
  • salt
  • chilli powder
  • lemon juice

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place 350 g drained chickpeas in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 9. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Place 350 g drained chickpeas in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 9. Transfer to bowl with chopped chickpeas and set aside.
  3. Place remaining drained chickpeas in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 9. Transfer to bowl with chopped chickpeas and set aside.
  4. Place 50 g onions, 1 garlic clove, ½ bunch coriander, ½ bunch parsley, ¼ tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt, chilli powder, lemon juice, egg and breadcrumbs in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 9. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  5. Add reserved chopped chickpeas then mix 30 sec//speed 4.5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix again 30 sec//speed 4.5. Transfer to a bowl and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse mixing bowl and continue with recipe.
