Ingrediënten
- olive oil
- water
- sugar
- dried instant yeast
- strong white bread flour
- olive oil
- fine sea salt
- shallots
- unsalted butter
- dried cranberries
Bereidingswijze
- Lightly grease a large bowl and set aside. Place water, sugar and yeast into mixing bowl then mix 1 min 30 sec/37°C/speed 2.
- Add flour, oil and salt then knead Dough /2 min. Transfer to prepared bowl and bring together into a ball. Cover bowl with reusable wrap or cling film (see tip) and leave to rise until doubled in size (approx. 1 hour). Clean and dry mixing bowl.
- Place shallots and butter in mixing bowl then chop 2 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 2 min/120°C/speed 2.
- Add cranberries, sugar, port, salt, pepper and thyme then cook 10 min/90°C//speed 1. Transfer into a bowl and set aside to cool completely. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a pizza tray (30 cm) with baking paper and set aside.
