Ingrediënten

Bereidingswijze

  1. Line a baking tray (approx. 40 cm x 35 cm) with baking paper and grease the baking paper with 2 tbsp olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Place bread flour, fresh yeast, water, 20 g olive oil, sugar and salt in mixing bowl and knead Dough /3 min.
  3. Using oiled spatula transfer dough to prepared baking tray. With oiled hands, form dough into a round shape and cover with a thin coating of olive oil. Cover dough with a large bowl or cling film and allow to rise in a warm place until doubled in size (approx. 1 hour). Meanwhile, preheat oven to 220°C.
  4. Without kneading the dough any further, spread it out with oiled finger tips into a rectangle the size of the baking tray and set tray aside.
  5. Place extra virgin olive oil, water and salt in mixing bowl and emulsify 10 sec/speed 4.
