Ingrediënten

- purple food colouring gel
- water

Bereidingswijze
- Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place a fork underneath one corner of each baking tray so they sit at an angle, then set aside.
- Place 250 g sugar, 1 Tbsp glucose syrup, 3 drops food colouring and 70 g water in mixing bowl then start Sugar Stages . Transfer caramel to one prepared baking tray and set aside to cool completely. Using spatula, immediately scrape off any caramel left on rim of mixing bowl so mixing bowl lid closes securely for Pre-clean mode.
- Remove the cooled sugar from the tin using the baking paper and set aside.
- Place 250 g sugar, 1 Tbsp glucose syrup, 1 drop food colouring and 70 g water in mixing bowl then start Sugar Stages . Transfer caramel to second baking tray and set aside. Using spatula, immediately scrape off any caramel left on rim of mixing bowl so mixing bowl lid closes securely for Pre-clean mode.
- Place sugar in mixing bowl and grind 1 min/speed 10.
