Ingrediënten
- long grain rice
- dried soy beans
- water
- dried instant yeast
- psyllium husks
- cornflour, gluten-free
- fine sea salt
- water
Bereidingswijze
- Line a loaf tin (900 g/2 lb) with baking paper.
- Place rice and soy beans in mixing bowl and grind 2 min/speed 10.
- Place water, yeast, psyllium husks, cornflour, salt and ground rice mixture in mixing bowl then start Dough /2 min. Transfer to prepared loaf tin and leave to rise for approx. 1 hour or until doubled in size. Towards the end of this time, preheat oven to 200°C.
- Sprinkle bread with a little water and bake for 1 hour (200°C). Remove and leave to cool in tin for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack. Serve with butter, for example.
