Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a brownie tin (32 cm x 18 cm) with baking paper.
- Place walnuts in mixing bowl and chop 2 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place butter and sugar in mixing bowl then cream 20 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add eggs, coffee mixture and flour then mix 20 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix again 20 sec/speed 4.
- Add reserved chopped walnuts and mix 30 sec//speed 3.5. Transfer to prepared tin and smooth surface with spatula.
