Guinness® Bread

Ingrediënten
- strong wholemeal bread flour
- strong white bread flour
- baking powder
- fine sea salt
- buttermilk
- Guinness®
- treacle
- porridge oats
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin (900 g/2 lb) with baking paper.
- Place wholemeal flour, white flour, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl then mix 10 sec/speed 3.
- Add buttermilk, Guinness® and treacle, mix 20 sec/speed 3 then knead Dough /2 min; dough will be sticky. Transfer to prepared tin and sprinkle with oats.
- Bake for 30 minutes (180°C) then turn oven down to 170°C and bake for a further 40 minutes. Remove from tin and bake on oven rack for a further 10-15 minutes (170°C) until loaf sounds hollow when tapped underneath. Transfer to a wire rack to cool or serve warm.
