Ingrediënten

  • carrots
  • haggis
  • Toulouse sausages
  • pancetta
  • shallots
  • unsalted butter
  • whisky
  • beef stock
  • cornflour
  • fine sea salt

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C and place a baking tray in oven to heat.
  2. Place carrots in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  3. Add haggis and sausage meat then mix 10 sec/speed 5.
  4. Transfer roulade to preheated baking tray and bake for 20 minutes (220°C). Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl and make sauce.
  5. Place shallots and butter in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 5 min/120°C/speed .
