Ingrediënten
- carrots
- haggis
- Toulouse sausages
- pancetta
- shallots
- unsalted butter
- whisky
- beef stock
- cornflour
- fine sea salt
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 220°C and place a baking tray in oven to heat.
- Place carrots in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add haggis and sausage meat then mix 10 sec/speed 5.
- Transfer roulade to preheated baking tray and bake for 20 minutes (220°C). Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl and make sauce.
- Place shallots and butter in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 5 min/120°C/speed .
