Ingrediënten

  • sunflower oil
  • self-raising flour
  • self-raising flour
  • caster sugar
  • mixed spice
  • ground cinnamon
  • ground ginger
  • bicarbonate of soda
  • fine sea salt
  • golden syrup

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C. Grease and flour a large bundt tin (Ø 24 cm).
  2. Place flour, sugar, mixed spice, cinnamon, ginger, bicarbonate of soda and salt in mixing bowl then start Turbo/1.0 sec/3-4 times.
  3. Add golden syrup, oil, eggs, water and coffee mixture then mix 30 sec/speed 7. Transfer to prepared baking dish and bake for 1 hour (150°C). Leave to cool in tin then serve (see tip).
