Helga's New Year Honey Cake

Ingrediënten
- sunflower oil
- self-raising flour

Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 150°C. Grease and flour a large bundt tin (Ø 24 cm).
- Place flour, sugar, mixed spice, cinnamon, ginger, bicarbonate of soda and salt in mixing bowl then start Turbo/1.0 sec/3-4 times.
- Add golden syrup, oil, eggs, water and coffee mixture then mix 30 sec/speed 7. Transfer to prepared baking dish and bake for 1 hour (150°C). Leave to cool in tin then serve (see tip).
