Ingrediënten
- dried elderflowers
- water
- lemon
- sugar
- fresh mint leaves
- sparkling mineral water
- Prosecco
- ice cubes
Bereidingswijze
- Add sugar and, with simmering basket in place of measuring cup, heat 7 min 30 sec/100°C/speed 1.5. Transfer to a heat-proof bowl.
- Place 60 g prepared elderflower syrup, 10 mint leaves, sparkling water and Prosecco in mixing bowl then stir 10 sec//speed 2.5. Leave remaining elderflower syrup to cool completely, transfer to an airtight container then store in fridge (see tip).
- Serve over ice and garnish each with 2 mint leaves.
