Bereidingswijze
- Place sugar in mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 9. Transfer 2 Tbsp to a small bowl and set aside for dusting.
- Add cream, egg yolks, vanilla extract and salt then cook 6 min/80°C/speed 4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place raspberries and blackberries in mixing bowl then blend 10 sec/speed 9. Scrape down lid and sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add reserved egg mixture and mix 5 sec/speed 4. Pour into a shallow freezer-proof container, set aside to cool, then freeze for at least 8 hours or until solid. Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl and make vanilla layer.
- Place all vanilla layer ingredients in mixing bowl and cook 7 min/80°C/speed 4.
