Ingrediënten
- unsalted butter
- milk
- dried instant yeast
- sugar
- strong white bread flour
- fine sea salt
- medium eggs
- food colouring pastes
- pearl sugar
Bereidingswijze
- Place butter, milk, yeast and sugar in mixing bowl then heat 3 min/37°C/speed 2. Meanwhile, grease a large bowl and baking tray.
- Add flour, salt and 1 egg, mix 20 sec/speed 4 then knead Dough /4 min. Tip out into prepared bowl, cover with cling film and leave to rise until doubled in size (approx. 2 hours).
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Brush twisted dough with beaten egg yolk then sprinkle with pearl sugar. In the middle of each ring, gently place a dyed egg. Bake for 20 minutes (180°C) or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
