Ingrediënten

  • unsalted butter
  • milk
  • dried instant yeast
  • sugar
  • strong white bread flour
  • fine sea salt
  • medium eggs
  • food colouring pastes
  • pearl sugar

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place butter, milk, yeast and sugar in mixing bowl then heat 3 min/37°C/speed 2. Meanwhile, grease a large bowl and baking tray.
  2. Add flour, salt and 1 egg, mix 20 sec/speed 4 then knead Dough /4 min. Tip out into prepared bowl, cover with cling film and leave to rise until doubled in size (approx. 2 hours).
  3. Preheat oven to 180°C. Brush twisted dough with beaten egg yolk then sprinkle with pearl sugar. In the middle of each ring, gently place a dyed egg. Bake for 20 minutes (180°C) or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
