Ingrediënten

  • onions
  • vegetable oil
  • fresh root ginger
  • garlic cloves
  • fresh green chillies
  • black cardamom pods
  • cloves
  • cinnamon stick
  • ground turmeric
  • plain flour

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place onions, oil, ginger, garlic and chillies in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 8 min/120°C/speed 0.5.
  2. Add black cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon stick and turmeric then sauté 2 min/100°C/speed 0.5.
  3. Add flour and salt then cook 1 min/100°C/speed 0.5.
  4. Add fish, coconut cream and water then simmer 5 min/98°C//speed .
  5. Add lime juice and heat 2 min/98°C//speed . Remove cinnamon stick and serve warm.
