Ingrediënten
- graham crackers
- sugar
- unsalted butter
- limes
- caster sugar
- egg yolks
- sweetened condensed milk
- lime juice
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease base and sides of a tart tin (Ø 22 cm) generously with butter.
- Place graham crackers and sugar in mixing bowl then crush 10 sec/speed 6.
- Add butter and mix 7 sec/speed 5. Transfer to prepared tin. Use hands or a spoon to press crumb mixture firmly into base and up sides of tin to form an even, compact layer.
- Bake for 10 minutes (180°C) then leave to cool in tin. Leave oven on to bake filling.
- Place lime peel and sugar in mixing bowl then grind 40 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
