Ingrediënten

  • medium eggs
  • water
  • fresh red chilli
  • garlic cloves
  • spring onions
  • onions
  • soy sauce
  • mirin
  • sesame seeds
  • garlic cloves

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place chilli, garlic, spring onions and onions in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  2. Add soy sauce, mirin and sesame seeds then mix 3 sec/speed 5. Transfer to an airtight container. Carefully peel eggs and add to marinade. Cover container and refrigerate until needed (see tip). Clean mixing bowl.
  3. Place garlic and oil in mixing bowl then sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
  4. Add onions and sauté High Temp. . Insert measuring cup then chop 3-4 sec/speed 4 until chopped.
  5. Add water, carrots, seaweed, mushrooms, kimchi, vegetable stock, gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce (if using) and oyster sauce (if using) then cook 15 min/100°C//speed 1. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and cook noodles according to packet instructions then drain in Varoma dish.
