Korean Ramen with Tofu

Ingrediënten
- medium eggs
- water
- fresh red chilli
- garlic cloves
- spring onions
- onions

Bereidingswijze
- Place chilli, garlic, spring onions and onions in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add soy sauce, mirin and sesame seeds then mix 3 sec/speed 5. Transfer to an airtight container. Carefully peel eggs and add to marinade. Cover container and refrigerate until needed (see tip). Clean mixing bowl.
- Place garlic and oil in mixing bowl then sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add onions and sauté High Temp. . Insert measuring cup then chop 3-4 sec/speed 4 until chopped.
- Add water, carrots, seaweed, mushrooms, kimchi, vegetable stock, gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce (if using) and oyster sauce (if using) then cook 15 min/100°C//speed 1. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and cook noodles according to packet instructions then drain in Varoma dish.
