Ingrediënten

- fresh root ginger
- garlic cloves
- ground coriander
- ground cumin
- ground cardamom
- fine sea salt
- dried chilli flakes
- lamb shoulder meat, boneless
- ghee
Bereidingswijze
- Place 80 g onions, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, cardamom, chilli flakes and salt in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 7. Transfer marinade to a large bowl.
- After this time, place remaining 80 g onions and ghee in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add marinated lamb and cook 7 min/120°C//speed 0.5.
- Add garam masala, tomato purée and yoghurt then cook 99 min/90°C//speed .
