Ingrediënten

  • onions
  • fresh root ginger
  • garlic cloves
  • ground coriander
  • ground cumin
  • ground cardamom
  • fine sea salt
  • dried chilli flakes
  • lamb shoulder meat, boneless
  • ghee

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place 80 g onions, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, cardamom, chilli flakes and salt in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 7. Transfer marinade to a large bowl.
  2. After this time, place remaining 80 g onions and ghee in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  3. Add marinated lamb and cook 7 min/120°C//speed 0.5.
  4. Add garam masala, tomato purée and yoghurt then cook 99 min/90°C//speed .
