Leek Quiche

Ingrediënten
- plain flour
- fine sea salt
- butter
- egg yolk
- water
- Gouda
- cooked ham
- double cream
- large eggs
- ground black pepper
Bereidingswijze
- Place flour, salt and butter in mixing bowl then chop 10 sec/speed 6.
- Add egg yolk and water then pulse Turbo/1.0 sec/2 times until JUST pulling together;if it's too dry add 1 tsp more water at a time with a Turbo pulse after each addition. Tip out onto a large piece of cling film and form into a flat disc about 1 cm thick.
- Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a deep loose-bottomed fluted tart tin (Ø 28 cm).
- Roll out pastry and press into tart tin. Prick pastry base with a fork, line with baking paper and fill the paper with baking beans or rice then bake blind for 15 minutes (180°C) or until golden. Remove baking beans or rice and bake for a further 5 minutes (180°C). Meanwhile prepare filling.
