Ingrediënten

  • fresh rosemary
  • ice cubes
  • unsalted butter
  • plain flour
  • fine sea salt
  • unsalted butter
  • brown onion
  • garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • carrot

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place rosemary in mixing bowl and chop 20 sec/speed 8. Rosemary should be a very fine consistency. Repeat chopping if necessary.
  2. Add ice and butter then chop 15 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  3. Add flour and salt then combine 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula, then knead Dough /2 min. Wrap in cling film and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
  4. Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease 6 ramekins (8 cm) with butter and set aside.
  5. Place onion and garlic in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
