Ingrediënten

  • red split lentils
  • water
  • Parmesan cheese
  • aubergines
  • olive oil
  • onions
  • garlic cloves
  • pepper
  • tinned chopped tomatoes
  • red wine

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place Parmesan in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place oil, onions, garlic and green or red pepper in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5.
  3. Add tomatoes and chop 2 sec/speed 5.
  4. Add wine, oregano, ginger, salt and pepper in mixing bowl. Place covered Varoma into position and steam 20 min/Varoma//speed 1. Set Varoma aside.
  5. Add drained red lentils and cook 8 min/100°C//speed 2. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200°C and grease a casserole dish. Arrange aubergine slices in casserole dish and cover with lentil mixture. No need to clean mixing bowl.
