Ingrediënten

  • garlic cloves
  • onions
  • beef mince
  • tomato purée
  • dried chilli flakes
  • fine sea salt
  • ground black pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • cooking spray, any oil
  • sweet potatoes

Bereidingswijze

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place garlic and onions in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  3. Add beef mince, tomato purée, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce then mix 10 sec/speed 6.
  4. Divide mixture into 4 balls then, using wet hands, flatten to form large patties (Ø 12-13 cm). Transfer to prepared tray, cover with cling film and chill in fridge for 30 minutes. Towards the end of this time, preheat oven to 190°C.
  5. Spray a large baking tray with oil. Arrange sweet potato wedges on prepared tray, sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper then toss to coat. Bake for 40 minutes (190°C). With 15 minutes remaining, place chilled patties in oven too and bake for 12-15 minutes (190°C) until cooked, flipping halfway through.
