Linguine with Bacon and Prawns (TM6 & TM5)

Ingrediënten
- water
- fine sea salt
- fresh pasta
- shallots
- onions
- olive oil
- garlic clove
- bacon cubes
- prawns, raw, medium size
- double cream
Bereidingswijze
- Place water and salt in mixing bowl then heat 10 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add pasta and cook time indicated on packet 100°C//speed 1 until al dente (see tip). Drain in simmering basket then transfer to a serving bowl, cover and set aside.
- Place shallots, onions, oil and garlic in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add bacon and prawns then sauté 3 min/120°C/speed .
- Add cream and egg yolks then cook 2 min/90°C/speed . Transfer to bowl with pasta, mix well then sprinkle with lemon thyme before serving.
