Lollipops with Strawberries

Ingrediënten
- sugar
- water
- glucose syrup
- freeze-dried strawberries
Bereidingswijze
- Place 2 sheets of baking paper on a level, heat-resistant surface or baking tray and set aside.
- Place sugar, 70 g water and glucose syrup in mixing bowl then start Sugar Stages . Meanwhile, slice freeze-dried strawberries (2 mm thick) and arrange them on baking paper approx. 5 cm apart.
- Carefully pour or spoon circles of hot syrup onto the strawberry slices on prepared baking paper and immediately press lollipop sticks into each circle, giving them a little twist to coat (see tip). Immediately remove or dissolve with hot water any hardened syrup on mixing bowl rim so mixing bowl lid closes securely for Pre-clean mode.
- Leave to cool completely and harden (approx. 10-15 minutes) then remove carefully from surface using the sticks. Serve immediately or wrap individually in cellophane or cling film and store for a few days in an airtight container (see tip).
