Ingrediënten

  • white chocolate
  • macadamia nuts, roasted, unsalted
  • unsalted butter
  • brown sugar
  • caster sugar
  • medium egg
  • plain flour
  • baking powder
  • fine sea salt

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper or silicone baking mats and set aside.
  2. Place white chocolate and macadamia nuts in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 7. Transfer to a bowl then set aside.
  3. Add butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg, flour, baking powder and salt then mix 40 sec/speed 4.
  4. Add ½ chocolate mixture and mix 10 sec//speed 4.
  5. Shape dough into 14 balls (Ø 3-4 cm) then roll in remaining chocolate mixture. Flatten into a disc and arrange on prepared trays (7 cookies per tray) leaving 4 cm distance between each. Bake for 10-15 minutes (180°C). Remove from oven and leave to cool on trays. Store in a tin until ready to serve.
