Ingrediënten
- white chocolate
- macadamia nuts, roasted, unsalted
- unsalted butter
- brown sugar
- caster sugar
- medium egg
- plain flour
- baking powder
- fine sea salt
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper or silicone baking mats and set aside.
- Place white chocolate and macadamia nuts in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 7. Transfer to a bowl then set aside.
- Add butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg, flour, baking powder and salt then mix 40 sec/speed 4.
- Add ½ chocolate mixture and mix 10 sec//speed 4.
- Shape dough into 14 balls (Ø 3-4 cm) then roll in remaining chocolate mixture. Flatten into a disc and arrange on prepared trays (7 cookies per tray) leaving 4 cm distance between each. Bake for 10-15 minutes (180°C). Remove from oven and leave to cool on trays. Store in a tin until ready to serve.
