Ingredients
- non-stick spray oil
- butter, unsalted
- graham crackers
- light brown sugar
- cream cheese
- heavy cream
- granulated sugar
- vanilla extract, natural
- salt
- egg
Instructions
- Spray the Thermomix® Nester with cooking spray and set aside. Place butter, graham crackers, and light brown sugar in mixing bowl then crush 10 sec/speed 5. Divide crumb mixture between pockets of Nester. Use a spoon to press crumb mixture down.
- Place cream cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla extract, salt and egg in mixing bowl then mix 1 min/speed 4. Pour cheesecake filling over crumb base in Nester and cover with heat-resistant cling film. Insert the Varoma tray into the Varoma dish and cover with Varoma lid. Clean mixing bowl.
- Place water in mixing bowl, place covered Varoma into position and steam 20 min/Varoma/speed 1. Remove Varoma and set aside without lid to cool for 5 minutes. Empty mixing bowl and continue with recipe.
- Place mango and agar-agar powder in mixing bowl and start 6 min/100°C/speed . Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
