Meatballs and Potatoes with Almond Sauce

Ingrediënten
- white bread, slightly stale
- milk
- garlic cloves
- fresh parsley leaves
- mixed mince
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- medium egg
- olive oil
- blanched almonds
Bereidingswijze
- Place 2 garlic cloves and 5 sprigs parsley in mixing bowl then chop 2 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Squeeze out bread and add to mixing bowl, discarding excess milk. Add mince, salt, pepper and egg then mix 10 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl, cover with reusable wrap or cling film and chill in fridge until needed.
- Place remaining 1 garlic clove and 30 g oil in mixing bowl then heat 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add remaining 30 g bread, almonds and remaining 4 sprigs parsley then sauté 6 min/120°C/speed .
- Add wine and cook 3 min/100°C//speed , then Blend /20 sec.
