Ingrediënten

  • white bread, slightly stale
  • milk
  • garlic cloves
  • fresh parsley leaves
  • mixed mince
  • fine sea salt
  • ground black pepper
  • medium egg
  • olive oil
  • blanched almonds

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place 2 garlic cloves and 5 sprigs parsley in mixing bowl then chop 2 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  2. Squeeze out bread and add to mixing bowl, discarding excess milk. Add mince, salt, pepper and egg then mix 10 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl, cover with reusable wrap or cling film and chill in fridge until needed.
  3. Place remaining 1 garlic clove and 30 g oil in mixing bowl then heat 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
  4. Add remaining 30 g bread, almonds and remaining 4 sprigs parsley then sauté 6 min/120°C/speed .
  5. Add wine and cook 3 min/100°C//speed , then Blend /20 sec.
