Ingrediënten
- olive oil
- onions
- bread
- mixed minced meat
- large eggs
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- paprika
- water
- double cream
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a large loaf tin (900 g).
- Place onions and oil in mixing bowl then chop 4 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 2.
- Add soaked and squeezed out bread roll, minced meat, eggs, salt, pepper and paprika then mix 40 sec//speed 4. Finish mixing with spatula if necessary.
- Place mixture in loaf tin and press down with spatula. Bake for 1 hour (180°C). Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl.
- Add cream, cornflour, salt, pepper and paprika to mixing bowl avoiding the blade, then cook 5 min/90°C/speed 3.
