Ingrediënten

  • olive oil
  • onions
  • bread
  • mixed minced meat
  • large eggs
  • fine sea salt
  • ground black pepper
  • paprika
  • water
  • double cream

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a large loaf tin (900 g).
  2. Place onions and oil in mixing bowl then chop 4 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 2.
  3. Add soaked and squeezed out bread roll, minced meat, eggs, salt, pepper and paprika then mix 40 sec//speed 4. Finish mixing with spatula if necessary.
  4. Place mixture in loaf tin and press down with spatula. Bake for 1 hour (180°C). Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl.
  5. Add cream, cornflour, salt, pepper and paprika to mixing bowl avoiding the blade, then cook 5 min/90°C/speed 3.
