Mediterranean Turkey Roulades

Ingrediënten
- vegetable stock cube (for 0.5 l)
- long grain rice
- water
- turkey escalopes
- sundried tomato pesto
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- sweet paprika
- red pepper
- courgettes
Bereidingswijze
- Place a large plate on mixing bowl lid and weigh onto it turkey escalopes. Spread tomato pesto over escalopes then season with salt, pepper and paprika. Roll each escalope into a roulade and place in Varoma dish. Place covered Varoma into position, then steam 13 min/Varoma/speed 1. Meanwhile, place red pepper on Varoma tray.
- Carefully remove Varoma lid and insert Varoma tray. Place courgettes and mushrooms on Varoma tray. Cover Varoma and steam 15 min/Varoma/speed 1. Set Varoma and simmering basket aside and keep warm. Empty mixing bowl, reserving steaming liquid.
- Place 500 g steaming liquid, sour cream, flour and herbs in mixing bowl then cook 3 min/90°C/speed 4. Blend 10 sec/speed 4-8, increasing speed gradually. Adjust seasoning if necessary then serve with roulades, rice and vegetables.
