Ingrediënten

  • fresh parsley leaves
  • Parmesan cheese
  • sweet potatoes
  • tomatoes
  • courgettes
  • olive oil
  • dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
  • pears
  • sweet wine
  • ground cardamom

Bereidingswijze

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Place parsley in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Place Parmesan in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  4. Fill slices in sweet potatoes with alternating slices of tomatoes and courgettes then place in a baking dish. Drizzle with 2 tsp olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes (180°C). Clean mixing bowl and continue with recipe.
  5. Place chocolate in mixing bowl and grate 1 sec/speed 10.
