- Parmesan cheese

- dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)

- sweet wine

Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
- Place parsley in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place Parmesan in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Fill slices in sweet potatoes with alternating slices of tomatoes and courgettes then place in a baking dish. Drizzle with 2 tsp olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes (180°C). Clean mixing bowl and continue with recipe.
- Place chocolate in mixing bowl and grate 1 sec/speed 10.
