- plum
- grapes
- caster sugar
- sweet sherry
- fresh parsley
- red pepper

Bereidingswijze
- Place fruits in the centre of 4 pieces of baking paper (30 cm x 30 cm). Divide sugar and sherry between baking paper, wrap baking paper to form 4 parcels then place in Varoma dish and set aside.
- Place parsley in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place red pepper, green pepper, garlic and oil in mixing bowl then chop 2 sec/speed 4.5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add tomatoes, place Varoma into position, cover Varoma then cook 7 min/100°C//speed 1. Set Varoma aside.
- Add rice, place covered Varoma back into position then sauté 2 min/120°C/speed . Set Varoma aside.
