Mini Oregano Focaccias

Ingrediënten
- water
- dried instant yeast
- plain flour
- fine sea salt
- dried oregano
- extra virgin olive oil
Bereidingswijze
- Place water and yeast in mixing bowl then warm 3 min/37°C/speed 2. Meanwhile, grease a large bowl.
- Add flour and 1 tsp salt then knead Dough /3 min. Transfer to prepared bowl, cover with cling film and leave to rest until doubled in size (approx. 2 hours). Meanwhile, line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Divide rested dough into 8 equal-sized balls, shape into discs (approx. Ø 12 cm) then arrange on prepared trays. Cover with cling film and leave to prove until doubled in size (approx. 1 hour). Towards the end of this time, preheat oven to 200°C.
- Using oiled fingertips, make indentations all over risen dough discs. Sprinkle with salt, to taste, and oregano then drizzle each with 1 Tbsp oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes (200°C) until lightly golden. Serve hot or warm.
