Ingredients

  • raw shrimp, medium size, peeled and deveined
  • dried Italian seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • sweet paprika
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • large eggs
  • whole milk
  • all-purpose flour
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Insert butterfly whisk. Place egg whites and 1 pinch salt into mixing bowl and whisk 3 min/speed 3. Meanwhile, add 2-3 shrimp into each Thermomix® Nester cup. Place Thermomix® Nester onto Varoma tray and insert into Varoma dish.
  2. Add reserved egg yolks, milk, flour and oil and mix 5 sec/speed 3. Remove butterfly whisk. Divide batter between Thermomix® Nester cups and distribute remaining shrimp on top. Cover Varoma with lid.
  3. Place water into mixing bowl. Place covered Varoma into position and steam 20 min/Varoma/speed 1. Set Varoma aside. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes then carefully remove omelets. Serve immediately, drizzled with chili sauce and sprinkled with chives.
