Multiseed Bread
This nutritious multiseed bread combines pumpkin, sunflower, chia, sesame and linseeds with buckwheat flour for a gluten-free loaf. The Thermomix effortlessly grinds and mixes all seeds into a perfectly textured bread dough.

Ingrediënten
- sesame seeds
- linseeds
- pumpkin seeds
- sunflower seeds
- chia seeds
- buckwheat flour
- bicarbonate of soda
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- walnut halves
Bereidingswijze
- Place chia seeds in mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 10.
- Add flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt and pepper then mix 10 sec/speed 3. Transfer to bowl with seeds and set aside.
- Place walnuts and hazelnuts in mixing bowl then chop 2 sec/speed 5. Transfer to bowl with dry ingredients.
- Place water, oil, maple syrup and vinegar in mixing bowl then mix 10 sec/speed 3. Transfer to bowl with dry ingredients then mix well to combine. Cover with greased cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 150°C and grease a loaf tin (900 g/2 lb).
- After resting time, transfer dough to prepared tin and sprinkle with 1 tsp linseeds, 1 tsp pumpkin seeds and 1 tsp sunflower seeds. Bake for 60-70 minutes (150°C) until a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Leave in tin to cool for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
