Ingrediënten

  • breadcrumbs
  • garlic cloves
  • fresh parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh wild mushrooms
  • fine sea salt
  • ground black pepper
  • floury potatoes

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place Parmesan in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 9.
  2. Add ground almonds and breadcrumbs then mix 5 sec/speed 4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Place garlic, parsley and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 7. Sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
  4. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper then sauté 10 min/120°C//speed 1. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  5. Insert butterfly whisk. Place potatoes, milk, salt, nutmeg and pepper in mixing bowl then cook 30 min/90°C/speed 1. Towards end of cooking time, preheat oven to 200°C.
