- fresh parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- fresh wild mushrooms
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- floury potatoes
Bereidingswijze
- Place Parmesan in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 9.
- Add ground almonds and breadcrumbs then mix 5 sec/speed 4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place garlic, parsley and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 7. Sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add mushrooms, salt and pepper then sauté 10 min/120°C//speed 1. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Insert butterfly whisk. Place potatoes, milk, salt, nutmeg and pepper in mixing bowl then cook 30 min/90°C/speed 1. Towards end of cooking time, preheat oven to 200°C.
