Ingrediënten

  • fresh parsley leaves
  • garlic clove
  • onions
  • unsalted butter
  • fresh mushrooms
  • tomato purée
  • white wine
  • liquid vegetable stock
  • Dijon mustard
  • fine sea salt

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place parsley in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place garlic, onions and butter in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
  3. Add mushrooms and sauté 5 min/120°C//speed .
  4. Add tomato purée, wine, vegetable stock, mustard and salt then cook 8 min/100°C//speed . Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  5. Add lemon juice and cream then mix 30 sec//speed . Finish stirring by hand with spatula if necessary. Serve immediately with basmati rice if desired, garnished with reserved chopped parsley.
