Ingrediënten
- fresh parsley leaves
- garlic clove
- onions
- unsalted butter
- fresh mushrooms
- tomato purée
- white wine
- liquid vegetable stock
- Dijon mustard
- fine sea salt
Bereidingswijze
- Place parsley in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place garlic, onions and butter in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add mushrooms and sauté 5 min/120°C//speed .
- Add tomato purée, wine, vegetable stock, mustard and salt then cook 8 min/100°C//speed . Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add lemon juice and cream then mix 30 sec//speed . Finish stirring by hand with spatula if necessary. Serve immediately with basmati rice if desired, garnished with reserved chopped parsley.
