Nachos with Chilli and Cheese

- tinned chopped tomatoes
- tomato purée
- caster sugar
- fine sea salt

Bereidingswijze
- Place garlic, onions and oil in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 8 min/120°C//speed .
- Add beef mince and sauté 4 min/120°C//speed .
- Add tomatoes, tomato purée, sugar, salt, oregano, cumin, bay leaf, turmeric, paprika, cloves and cayenne pepper. Insert simmering basket, weigh in kidney beans then cook 10 min/100°C//speed . Remove simmering basket with aid of spatula, transfer beans to a bowl and set aside.
- Add chocolate and cook 3 min/100°C//speed . Meanwhile, preheat grill to 200°C and spread tortilla chips in a baking dish.
- Carefully remove bay leaf from chilli then add reserved kidney beans and mix well with spatula. Pour chilli over tortilla chips in baking dish then sprinkle over grated Cheddar. Grill for 3-5 minutes (200°C) until cheese has melted.
