Nut Bread

Ingrediënten
- sunflower seeds
- walnut halves
- hazelnuts
- low-fat yoghurt
- olive oil
- medium eggs
- bicarbonate of soda
- fine sea salt
- linseeds
- quinoa flakes
Bereidingswijze
- Preheat oven to 180°C then grease a loaf tin (10 cm x 20 cm) and sprinkle with quinoa flakes.
- Place sunflower seeds, walnuts and hazelnuts in mixing bowl then grind 30 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add yoghurt, oil, eggs, bicarbonate of soda and salt then mix 20 sec/speed 5. Finish mixing with spatula if necessary.
- Add linseeds and mix 20 sec/speed 5. Transfer to prepared tin, sprinkle with 1 Tbsp quinoa flakes and bake for 40 minutes (180°C). Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely then cut in slices and serve.
