Orzo with Salmon and Spinach

Ingrediënten

- fresh salmon fillets, skinless
- paprika
- fresh dill
- water
- vegetable stock paste, homemade
- fine sea salt
- orzo
Bereidingswijze
- Place garlic, onions and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1. Meanwhile, place salmon fillets in Varoma dish, making sure that some holes remain unobstructed for steam to circulate.
- Add paprika and dill to mixing bowl then chop 2 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add water, vegetable stock and salt then mix 5 sec/speed 5.
- Place covered Varoma into position and cook 11 min/Varoma/speed 1. Remove Varoma.
- Add orzo, place covered Varoma back into position and cook time indicated on packet 100°C//speed 1. Meanwhile, whisk cream and cornflour together in a bowl. Set covered Varoma aside on a plate to keep salmon warm.
