Bereidingswijze
- Place Parmesan in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place garlic, onions and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add bacon and mushrooms then sauté 5 min/120°C//speed .
- Add chicken stock paste, Champagne, water and rice, stir well with spatula then cook 16 min/100°C//speed .
- Add butter and reserved grated Parmesan then stir 2 min/100°C//speed . Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
