Ingrediënten

  • dried instant yeast
  • strong white bread flour
  • water
  • fine sea salt
  • oil
  • dried instant yeast

  • strong wholemeal bread flour
  • water

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place yeast, flour, water and salt in mixing bowl then mix 5 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix again 15 sec/speed 4.
  2. Grease a large bowl and set aside. Place yeast, white bread flour, wholemeal bread flour, water and salt in mixing bowl then mix 30 sec/speed 4. Set aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Add malt extract and starter dough then knead Dough /5 min.
  4. Add 20 g sesame seeds and 20 g linseeds, then knead Dough /2 min.
  5. Once dough has risen, line a baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle half the seeds from the small bowl over the baking paper. Shape rested dough into a ball then place on top of seeds on baking paper. Sprinkle top and sides of dough with remaining seeds.
