Ingrediënten

  • olive oil
  • brown onion
  • cooked beetroot
  • dried chilli flakes
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • shelled walnuts
  • fine sea salt
  • water
  • rigatoni pasta
  • feta cheese

Bereidingswijze

  1. Add beetroot, chilli flakes, lemon juice, walnuts and 1 tsp salt then blend Blend /1 min. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place water, 5 g olive oil and remaining 1 tsp salt then heat 8 min/100°C/speed 1.
  3. Add pasta and cook time indicated on packet 100°C//speed . Drain pasta in simmering basket, transfer to bowl with beetroot sauce and mix with spatula. Garnish with feta, dill and halved walnuts then serve.
