Ingrediënten
- olive oil
- brown onion
- cooked beetroot
- dried chilli flakes
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- shelled walnuts
- fine sea salt
- water
- rigatoni pasta
- feta cheese
Bereidingswijze
- Add beetroot, chilli flakes, lemon juice, walnuts and 1 tsp salt then blend Blend /1 min. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place water, 5 g olive oil and remaining 1 tsp salt then heat 8 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add pasta and cook time indicated on packet 100°C//speed . Drain pasta in simmering basket, transfer to bowl with beetroot sauce and mix with spatula. Garnish with feta, dill and halved walnuts then serve.
