Pear and Goat's Cheese Parcels

Ingrediënten
- pear
- soft goat's cheese
- lemon juice
- fresh rosemary
- walnut halves
- honey
- olive oil
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- water
Bereidingswijze
- Cut 4 squares of baking paper (approx. 30 cm).
- Divide pear and goat's cheese slices between prepared sheets of baking paper, layering alternately in the centre of each, then sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Place rosemary and walnuts in mixing bowl then chop 2 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula. Remove 2 tsp to a small bowl and set aside.
- Add honey and oil then mix 5 sec/speed 3. Distribute evenly over pear and goat's cheese, then sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste. Tie up parcels with kitchen string. Place 2 parcels in Varoma dish and 2 on Varoma tray. Insert Varoma tray into Varoma dish.
- Place water in mixing bowl then place covered Varoma into position and steam 20 min/Varoma/speed 1. Transfer parcels to serving plates and open. Sprinkle with reserved walnut mixture and serve warm.
