Ingrediënten

  • caster sugar
  • water
  • fresh root ginger
  • lemon
  • Pimm's
  • gin
  • gelatine leaves
  • fresh strawberries
  • fresh mint
  • granulated sugar

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place sugar and water in mixing bowl then bring to the boil 6 min/100°C/speed 1.
  2. Place 100 g Pimm's mixture in mixing bowl and heat 5 min/50°C/speed 1. Meanwhile, place gelatine leaves in a bowl of cold water to soak for 5 minutes.
  3. Squeeze water out of gelatine leaves then add to mixing bowl and stir 1 min/speed 1 until dissolved.
  4. Place sugar in mixing bowl and grind 30 sec/speed 10.
  5. Add cucumber, ice and lemon juice then crush 30 sec/speed 10.
