Ingrediënten

- dried instant yeast
- strong white bread flour
- medium egg
- fine sea salt
- fresh mixed herbs

Bereidingswijze
- Place water in mixing bowl and, avoiding blade, add yeast then heat 2 min/37°C/speed 2.
- Add flour, egg and salt then mix 20 sec/speed 7. Knead Dough /2 min.
- Place herbs in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7 then scrape down sides of bowl with spatula.
- Add oil, onions, salt and ¼ tsp pepper then chop 6 sec/speed 5 until roughly chopped then scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula. Cook 15 min/100°C/speed . Meanwhile, cut anchovy fillets in half lengthwise. Grease a baking tray (26 cm x 36 cm).
- When dough is risen, knead gently then pat or pull into prepared baking tray. Spread onion mixture on top, sprinkle with pepper, then make a lattice pattern with anchovies filling the spaces with olives. Leave to rise for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 190°C.
