Ingredients
- pistachio nuts, unsalted, peeled
- white chocolate
- butter
- pistachio spread cream
- flour
- eggs
- sugar
- salt
- icing sugar
- vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place pistachios in mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 7. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place chocolate in mixing bowl and grind 5 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add butter and melt 5 min/60°C/speed 1. Meanwhile, grease Thermomix® Nester with butter.
- Add pistachio cream, flour, eggs, sugar and salt then mix 20 sec/speed 4. Mix well with spatula. Transfer to a piping bag and fill in the holes in the Thermomix® Nester.
