Ingrediënten

  • sugar
  • dried instant yeast
  • milk
  • egg yolks
  • unsalted butter
  • plain flour
  • fine sea salt
  • brandy
  • sunflower oil
  • jam

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place sugar, yeast, milk, egg yolks and butter in a mixing bowl then heat 1 min 30 sec/37°C/speed 5.
  2. Add flour and salt then knead Dough /2 min.
  3. Add brandy and knead Dough /1 min. Transfer the dough to a large bowl, cover with a clean tea towel or cling film then set aside in a warm place to rise until doubled in size (approx. 30 minutes).
  4. Tip dough out onto a lightly-floured surface. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 1 cm. With a glass or cookie cutter (Ø 6 cm) cut out 18 circles, re-rolling dough when needed. Place on a tray, cover with a tea towel or cling film and set aside in a warm place until doubled in size (approx. 30 minutes).
