Pollock with Potatoes, Savoy Cabbage and Citrus Sauce

Ingrediënten
- liquid vegetable stock
- oil
- potatoes
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
- sweet paprika
- curry powder
- pollock fillets
- savoy cabbage
- cream cheese
Bereidingswijze
- Line Varoma dish with baking paper, leaving some holes uncovered for steam to circulate, then set aside.
- Place stock and oil in mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket and weigh potatoes into it, then cook 8 min/Varoma/speed 1.
- Transfer fish to prepared Varoma dish, cover and place Varoma into position and steam 4 min/Varoma/speed 1.
- Insert Varoma tray and weigh in cabbage. Cover Varoma and steam again 13 min/Varoma/speed 1.
- Place 200 g reserved steaming liquid, cream cheese, peel from ½ orange, orange juice, cornflour, ground turmeric, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper in mixing bowl then mix 5 sec/speed 5. Cook 4 min/100°C/speed 2. Adjust seasoning to taste then serve sauce with fish, potatoes and cabbage.
