Ingrediënten

  • liquid vegetable stock
  • oil
  • potatoes
  • fine sea salt
  • ground black pepper
  • sweet paprika
  • curry powder
  • pollock fillets
  • savoy cabbage
  • cream cheese

Bereidingswijze

  1. Line Varoma dish with baking paper, leaving some holes uncovered for steam to circulate, then set aside.
  2. Place stock and oil in mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket and weigh potatoes into it, then cook 8 min/Varoma/speed 1.
  3. Transfer fish to prepared Varoma dish, cover and place Varoma into position and steam 4 min/Varoma/speed 1.
  4. Insert Varoma tray and weigh in cabbage. Cover Varoma and steam again 13 min/Varoma/speed 1.
  5. Place 200 g reserved steaming liquid, cream cheese, peel from ½ orange, orange juice, cornflour, ground turmeric, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper in mixing bowl then mix 5 sec/speed 5. Cook 4 min/100°C/speed 2. Adjust seasoning to taste then serve sauce with fish, potatoes and cabbage.
